LIFT STATION CLEANER FLOATS ON TOP WATER
FOR CLEANING AS WATER RISES AND FALLS
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS · LIFT STATIONS · GREASE SUMPS | Dissolves Scum Cake · Prevents Solidification of Grease · Controls Odors |
As raw sewage flows into lift station wet wells to be pumped to treatment facilities, accumulations of sewage, grease, oils, fatty acids, and calcium and magnesium soaps form deposits on the walls. These deposits reduce the volume capacity of wet wells, and by their natural decomposition process, emit offensive odors. To return lift station to optimum efficiency, this accumulation of debris must be removed or substantially reduced. This highly specialized floating lift station cleaner is formulated to be a fast breaking emulsification system possessing degreasing and detergent properties which cleans the vertical surfaces of lift stations, wet wells, and similar treatment facilities. This floating lift station cleaneris added directly to lift station wet wells in its concentrated form for effortless cleaning. Cleaning and degreasing is accomplished by the rise and fall of the water level. As the water fluctuates, the floating lift station cleaner removes the debris from the sides of the wet well. A secondary property of this unique floating lift station cleaner is its ability to ‘seal’ or contain offensive odors which emit from the lift station. |
For
pumping stations, wet wells - Add floating lift station
cleaner directly into force mains and sewer lines
as needed to remove grease build-up. Citrus lift
station cleaner (or other fragrances) should be
added to wet wells until a layer of 8 to 12 inches
is floating on the surface. This
initial treatment should remain effective for a
period of three to six months, depending upon
system demands.
Floating lift station cleaner degreaser
is not affected by temperature and may be used in
sub-freezing temperatures.
