ALKALINE COIL CLEANER, Non Acid Coil Cleaner

ACC-100 Non Acid Coil Cleaner is 100% biodegradable. It is formulated for extra heavy duty cleaning, yet has self rinsing properties.

ACC-100 Non Acid Coil Cleaner has very high soil suspending qualities, which allow dirt to rinse off freely, whether it is flushed off, or falls off with the condensate water.

Alkaline Coil Cleaner does not contain solvents, is non‑flammable, and is effective in water with up to 500 PPM hardness. Alkaline Coil Cleaner is non‑corrosive to most metals and will not harm most painted surfaces.

ACC-100 alkaline coil cleaner is a blend of high performance alkaline detergents and wetting agents designed for heavy duty degreasing and general cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils, fins, electronic cells, permanent filters and other equipment surfaces. ACC-100 alkaline coil cleaner effectively cleans away grease , dirt, oil, dust, lint, mold, mildew, and algae from cooling system coils. ACC-100 alkaline coil cleaner is especially effective in cleaning away dirty grease and tar residue, and cleaning coils that are exposed to greasy and oily environments. Self rinsing on evaporator coils and it is easy to apply with any low pressure sprayer like our pump up 3 gallon plastic sprayer our number chap22360 3 gallon tank sprayer. Apply diluted product at low pressure then rinse with garden hose at low pressure, this will clean the fins without bending them.

Application: If air conditioning unit is not in use, Alkaline Coil Cleaner should be flushed off with water. If unit is in use, rinsing may be omitted as the condensate water will flush it off. For extremely dirty coils, scrubbing may be necessary for a thorough cleaning.   For Heavy Duty Cleaning:  One Part ACC-100 Alkaline Coil Cleaner to 5 part water,  Medium Duty: One part Alkaline Coil Cleaner  to 20 parts water,  Light Duty: One part Coil Cleaner  to 60 parts water.  Caution: Do not store in unlabeled containers. Keep out of the reach of children.  Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection. Eye: Eye irritation. Flush immediately with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Eyelids should be held away from the eyeball to ensure thorough rinsing. Get medical attention. Skin: Itching or burning of the skin. Immediately flush the skin with plenty of water while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Get immediate medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Ingestion: Get immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting unless directed by medical personnel. Skin protection: If prolonged or repeated skin contact is likely, nitrile gloves should be worn. Good personal hygiene practices should always be followed.
